AM Resorts negotiates with Hazoury

BREAKING NEWS: The American hotel chain AM Resorts negotiates since weeks with the Hazoury family and its partners, the purchase of the lands that those have on the Rincón beach in Las Galeras, Samaná.

As it was revealed by highly reliable banking sources, the president of AM Resorts, Alex Sozaya, concluded a beginning of agreement with a representative of the Hazoury family.

Sozaya for a long time maintains very good relationship with the promoters of Cap Cana, where the American hotel businessman will soon put in function several luxury complexes.

AM Resorts, if the company concludes this purchase, would position with still more force in Dominican Republic, where the chain already works under various names and where together with the Apple Vacations Group, the company works with other associated chains.

The hotel and residential development planned by Hazoury on the beach of Rincón before the economical and financial crisis was made through agreements with high level chains of the United States and of Canada.

The initial idea of the owners of the Beach of Rincón changed following the financial upheaval which strikes the business world and instead of the Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons, it would be a range of luxury hotels of AM Resorts which could be built.
